The Labrador Club Handbook

In 1976 a dedicated voluntary group of experienced breeders, led by Pat Woollaston and Rosemary Moffat created the wonderful Labrador Club Handbook, a wealth of information about our wonderful breed. Since then, sales of The Handbook have supported our club funds. The team continued to update the book, republishing it at regular intervals.

Recently the club decided that The Handbook would become digital. It is now freely available to everyone, so that the collective knowledge of experienced breeders, owners, and experts is available to all Labrador lovers and especially for new owners beginning to look for a puppy.

All About Labradors and other sections on this website exist entirely because of the inspiration and dedication of the handbook pioneers.
