Background Story

UPDATE: - Cooper and Chloe have gone to their new home and are doing really well.

From their owner:-

CHLOE (yellow) & COOPER (black) NEED A NEW HOME: 6.5YR OLD LABS in Palmerston North.

My husband has sadly been diagnosed with a terminal condition which I never expected in a million years. This means that we have to sell our lifestyle property and most likely would need to go into a smaller rental property.

We are desperately looking to find a new home for our gorgeous and beloved dogs, Cooper and Chloe. They are brother and sister and as they have been together since birth, have bonded very well. We would prefer to try and rehome them together at this stage. All their vaccinations and registrations are up to date. They are house trained, used to living on a large section, without cats.

Chloe is the boss lady and confident. Cooper is more quiet and doesn’t want to do anything to upset you. Chloe has a very gentle nature with people and they are both good with people and children. Cooper is more boisterous and bouncy. Sometimes, when sit on the floor, he will come sit on my lap as if he owns me.

Our neighbors had goats and the goats often escaped into our garden. Cooper and chloe treated them as ‘part of the tribe’ which was hilarious. They mostly just ignored them.

One of our neighbors had sheep and cows and after Cooper got kicked by a cow when he was young, they now stay away from them.

They are both desexed. I have their medical records and dog books. They are healthy dogs
